Founded right here in Honolulu, IRH is a general contracting company that specializes in commercial tenant improvement — building the spaces where local businesses do what they do best. We’ve built out dental offices, restaurants, schools, retail stores, and everything in between.
Most of our projects happen in active buildings where other tenants are still doing business, so we’ve gotten really good at staying on schedule, keeping things clean, and not making enemies with the neighbors.
For us, construction in Hawai‘i is about more than the build. It’s about taking care of each other — our clients, our crews, our neighbors in the building, and the broader community we all share. We hold ourselves to the highest level of integrity because that’s what this industry and this community deserve.
